- competitive starting salary - closeknit team; no hierarchy
Cons
- didn’t provide enough support for brand designers (company too small to invest in it) - small design team meant overworked designers with too many tasks and little support

Used to do free product allocation but now have to buy it (although heavily discounted so not that unfair)
