The company you interview for and the one you work for are VERY different.
Pros
> Relaxed office attire > Parking available > Free minibus to take you to Piccadilly and back > Career progression is decent, lots of loop holes to stop you getting a higher salary though
Cons
> Poor fees (£4k average fee) > Poor commission structure > Cut throat environment > Control freak boss > Poor location > Long hours > ZERO autonomy , no matter what level you are you will be micro-managed The owner, Nick Werner, has little to no concept of how to run a business and I was unfortunate enough to believe his lies when he lured me in. You are made to feel like you are always doing something wrong in his super cut-throat environment. He even went to fire a young colleague the day after her dad died, which along with many other things triggered me leaving. Please, if you are reading this and are about to work here, avoid at all costs. Look at the dates of the 5 star "reviews". Any good company shouldn't have to make false reviews.
