      Bad leadership, poor ethics, ok product

      Pros

      Reasonable product, though loosing many deals to the competition which is much better funded.

      Cons

      First time founders making every possible mistake. Poor ethics, culture of sexism and harassment, micromanagement and a reluctance to make any changes. Even though the words AI are in the name, there is 0 AI in the product. Lies and deceit are commonplace. I have over 15 years of experience in several highly successful companies, and this is easily the worst company I ever worked for - stay away! Women beware - I personally heard of a number of cases in which women were abused and the leadership team did nothing about it.

      Great team, great energy

      Pros

      The people are genuinely kind and approachable — it’s easy to talk to anyone, including leadership. There’s a real open-door policy, and you feel trusted to make decisions and take ownership. You’re given space to grow and explore ideas, with strong support behind you. The company truly wants to see its people succeed and invests in that. There’s a strong sense of belonging, and the work environment is both enriching and motivating.

      Cons

      Things can move fast, which might feel intense at times. But if you like a dynamic pace, it’s a plus.
