      Most of them are absolutely uncooperative and will work their best to push you out if you're not a manipulative people-pleaser like them.

      Great set of people to work with.

      Cons

      The creative team is absolute crap. Bluntly copy and write the most useless creative ideas and if one tries to speak to the top management (in this case, just one person). He won't listen to you and is always on his phone.
