      Awful senior management

      Pros

      The only good side I can think of is the exposure you get to work with clients of different industries. But you would get that in any agency; so, not sure how much of a pro that actually is.

      Cons

      Terrible HR and absolutely horrendous CEO. The senior management doesn't really contribute anything productive but does constantly micromanage everyone. The CEO bought a certificate course from Harvard and walks around acting like he's a Harvard MBA, finds a new MBA jargon every month and goes on parroting it for the month before finding a new one for the next month. I know "Toxic culture" is a term that's thrown around in the industry a lot, but this company fits the mould like a glove.

      Pros

      If the buzz words in the review heading excite you, you're in the right place. Passionate creative team, adequate process, excellent strategy team, great management. Supportive middle management who go to bat for their teams. Visionary leadership.

      Cons

      SLA and TAT enforcement with clients has on rare occasions been amiss. Resultant unpredictability in work hours.
