Pros
Some of the managers are encouraging, they support when requirement is there
Cons
I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the conduct of Shwetha, who was responsible for HR in our organization. Her behavior has been consistently unprofessional and distressing.
Firstly, Shwetha blocked a former employee from accessing their final payment on the PAD system, causing undue stress and hardship. Additionally, she verbally abused a colleague and brought others to tears with her behavior. This kind of conduct is entirely unacceptable in any professional setting.
Our standard working hours are from 9:45 am to 6:45 pm, yet Shwetha often left as early as 2 pm, checking if our boss was present before leaving. Despite having a second Saturday designated for employee engagement and being a mandatory working day, she never attended.
Moreover, Shwetha displayed pettiness by calling me and my employees at inappropriate hours when she needed something but would fail to respond to emails or texts during regular working hours. An ex-employee from Raasta Studios, her previous workplace, confirmed that she exhibited similar bbehaviour there, engaging in superficial conversations and jokes during her brief appearances at work.
She also repeatedly cut salaries for myself and others and took no accountability in helping us with the HR management software which had an issue. So despite working for 9hours, we had a loss of pay, just because of her
She has also called out employees in the middle of the workday to monitor their “behavior” for laughing, while she herself is often loud and disruptive. It is incredibly unfair that individuals in HR management, who are relied upon for accountability and support, exploit their positions and continue to get employed, particularly as most employees are afraid to speak up.
