Pros
Good insurance Travel benefits Some good coworkers at the lower level
Cons
You'll have to work long hours and not get paid extra for it as it "evens itself out" with downtime that you'll have. You're treated like a number and not a person. Old fashioned management style with deep rooted nepotism Any good reviews about this.o.labg I can guarantee came from someone who got their job because a family member is a higher up. The people working the front lines are expendable to upper management and they don't care because you can be replaced. Very anti union because they know what they're doing now to their employees won't be tolerated under a union. Using fear mongering and scare tactics to prevent one from being established.
