Good company in general: Excellent facilities, very good benefits, positive organizational environment despite being very old school, normal in that type of very classic companies.
Cons
Being a very classic company and with a long time to have been founded, you will find many managers and supervisors of the "old school", with a very closed thinking and with limited soft skills that allow them to be efficient in their communication. Several of them are in those places because they started with the company and earned their positions due to seniority and loyalty, which I consider very valid and correct, but when these people do not seek to evolve and adapt to changes and new styles, you find yourself with very closed supervisors who do not like to try new things (methods). Nowadays, these traits in Management are not usually beneficial.
