      Great people, great product, great ambition. Leadership care about what they do and know how to get things done. Very limited ego issues.

      Remote decisions can take some time and regional priorities are lost in the flow.

      Cons

      Shareholders and top level management often not in agreement. Power driven organisation in stead of task driven. Turned into a Toxic environment once CEO left.
