      1. One of the best environments 2. Very good culture 3. A place of open-minded people only

      Long term static salary(probably one of the biggest issues in this company, this is a company rule that after getting the job you can only be available for position change or salary increase after 1.5 or 2 years, as an engineer it is so hard)
