Pros
• Flexible schedule • Animal cuddles of course • Tips •Exercise • Management is great •Opportunities for more visits •Extra pay on holidays • Federal holidays off • Can accept or deny a visit • Overnight visit pay is great! $145 for 12 hour stay
Cons
• Minimum pay for a 15 minute visit is $6 and some change • Not compensated for gas. Be wise on where you accept to do dog walking/cat visits •Not paid extra if there is more than one animal. You are paid only for time.

Great relationships with pets and the opportunity to add more to your schedule if desired. Management responsive and helpful.
Cons
Can sometimes deal with difficult clients but management will back you up. Can be stressful to administer medicine or care for sick pets.
