      Pros

      I think our leaders at the top really try to have an inclusive environment. I really appreciate that the interim CEO is trying to make things better. The benefits are still really good and free for employees. Our new assistant director for 988 is very smart and focused on what we need to do to become better at helping the callers. Great place to work.

      Cons

      Some of the managers need better leadership skills but I think they will become better. Some employees forget that it’s not always about them and everything can’t be what they think it should be. Nobody knows how to run a company so it’s good to keep learning and be open to it.

      Pros

      -I can set my own schedule and augment my hours as needed. -Insurance is totally paid for. -Incredible opportunities. -Incredible Staff -If I want a raise, I just have to right a grant. -Getting to interact with service providers, address systemic change, and influence policy across Central Illinois.

      Cons

      -If you want a raise you have to write a grant, at least for now. -Previous CEO ran the company into the ground but no one had any idea for 30 years. -I do the job of three people with the pay of one.
