Pros

Being located in Roswell Georgia

Cons

Benefits are horrible, no paternity leave, a huge lack of experience and knowledge when it comes to positions that should have very high intelligence rates.

Pros

Remote work, you will get to see the factory in Czech Republic and Prague is beautiful, decent pay if you really need the money

Cons

Culture: Absolutely atrocious the way this company treats their north american employees unless you kiss the butts of the Czech guys. It's their way or the highway, completely resistant to change and new ideas. Very abrasive and confrontational. No HR representation (that can speak english) and the director runs the american division like a cult. You'll be expected to do random trainings to make sure you know how to do your job even if you're already doing your job and just got trained on the material. High turnover rate at this company for a reason. Travel: You will be expected to travel at your own expense using an antiquated expense report system. Pray you get reimbursed in a few months if at all. No corporate travel cards. Salary: decent if you lived in the middle of nowhere, but doesnt account for where you may actually live. Monthly bonuses are subjective to how much you suck up to Management.
