Cons
- Tight job schedule and causes you have no time to solve files. May need to OT and spend your own time to solve files and complete tasks. - Manager may not be helpful in solving the problem you have faced during field audit. You may get the solution only when face with partners. This causes unlimited queries need you to solve on each files. After resolve manager queries, still have more queries from the Partner. However, is a good learning process - Weak communication among management team. - Lack of time in training new staffs and fresh grad. staffs
