-The Pay is good, -There is no micromanagement. -No work Pressure.
Cons
Needs to be more Corporate Culture environment. Never gets a proper feed back on candidates submitted for a role.By the time we get feedback the candidate has already joined another company. Followup of candidates should be improved.
