Pros
It still depend on your site. Some have lesser volume in terms of workload than other sites. If you get lucky and your site is not too busy then enjoy.
Cons
If you are the type who truly care for the patients and you happen to be in a site where laziness and mediocrity is tolerated, you get overburdened and you'll end up leaving. Again, it depends on the site BUT management could care less. The more you care, the more you get burdened. Some leads or supervisors could be biased based on race. You could be making a minute mistake and get written up without verbal warning while others could make huge mistakes that could affect a patient but gets nothing. It depends on whom you are close to.
