Do not get sick more than once, your job will not be safe!

Pay is usually decent but it depends on the position and location. Quality of management varies a lot by location too, many are not held accountable when they don't do what's right. Management in almost all departments needs to do more to plan ahead and build in professional growth for their teams.

Terrible upper management who refuses to supply the workforce needed to complete tasks and then expects you to fill in when people call off or refuse to show up. Be prepared to spend more time there than you ever will at home.

No transportation for people that need and try to get to and be on time to work but for people who fake disabilities

This company is hunting for disabilities. They have insurance you are forced to take, and pay for. It is so expensive -- oh And if you actually get sick and can't come to work-- you end up owing them money to pay for your health insurance.

Management for sites at Ft Belvoir, VA treat people horribly especially for those with disabilities. It's obvious management and everyone else in this company cares about their next paycheck instead of actually caring. If you're desperate and looking for a job in the current market keep looking. I know you all deserve better than places like here.

costantly understaffed, high turnover rate for both management and associates.there are several long term supervisors who are lazy and do not respect the employees.lack of oversight by supervisors leads to some employees not doing much work or doing things incorrectly..

Communication could be better between departments.
