      None, none, none, and none.

      Cons

      1. No direction and guidance from management. 2. Change goalpost frequently. 3. Toxic backstabbing superiors and bosses. 4. Literally 1 day notice before they deploy you to a 3rd world country. 5. Super high turnover rate. 6. 0 health and insurance benefits. 7. Typical non impactful scam consulting companies. 8. Useless HR personnel.

      Pros

      Had an enjoyable time working at PEMANDU Asso. Joined as VP, with a salary of RM35,000 per month. Other benefits is the high EPF rate of 15%.

      Cons

      After most of PEMANDU projects was given the boot after GE14, many had to be laid off. Gotten some directorships with government agencies such as MDEC, so not too shabby.

      Great culture, people, very stimulating, easy to talk to partners. Super flat.

      Cons

      Consider going global, becoming a global consultancy firm. More diversity needed within the company (projects are international but only 1 international person in the firm)
