Onboarding team (consisting of 3 Business Development Consultsnts & 3 Team Leads) are neither accommodating nor friendly and will not provide any support in your first couple months on the job. As much as you try your best to prove you are motivated to succeed in the role, you will be an outcast if you don’t meet their criteria of things they look for when they hire a newbie. It’s no surprises there is a high turnover in this specific role. There is no room for the smallest mistakes and the “training” was not helpful nor helps you retain the information. You WILL be let go if you do not have a firm understanding of their procedures and processes within a couple months. They pride themselves on some sort deluded “family culture” values and like they genuinely care about their employees, however this is not the case and it is more of a “survival of the fittest” and highly “favouritism” type of work environment. Truly the worst place I have ever worked. Be cautious in choosing employment here.

Middle management are not educated nor trained on how to manage and compete for business within their sales team Micro management and lead by fear Management are deathly afraid of losing their jobs.
