      In Pestech Energy SB there have no bonus and increment for so many years. Infact, they didnt contribute the EPF but already deduct in the staff salary.

      - An arena for people with good people skills and analytical skills - Many things have no fixed ways or processes which means it's a ground of ideas, provided space and budget are given for such ideas. - Almost everybody goes home on the dot

      Cons

      - Chaos in Corporate backend support and operations support for projects, logistics and cash management. - so so benefits and no allowances for anything. - claims are always delayed for 2 - 3 months and amount can get quite big, causing stress to employees.
