Pros

Nothing positive to say. They need a complete change of managers and staff to make any positive impact.

Cons

Far too many to list. Customers complaints never get fixed, operates in silos, leaders promoted within and are wrong for the company, far too much turn over. Not a professional company at all.

Pros

There is no pros

Cons

This place sucks the life out of you with minimum pay promises of things they never deliver long shifts with no breaks unsafe workplace the place is a joke! Never seen anything like this before in my life! Recognition only goes as far as the big dogs and I use the term dog loosely! Christmas party doesn’t exist if your the ones who do all the hard work! Sales reps and management get a big Christmas lunch then when they have finished eating they leave left overs for the drivers and then when drivers have finished eating, the night staff who pick and pack all the trucks are offers the left overs that have been left out in the open to flies! This place is a joke!

Pros

”you must enter at least 5 words for Pros” None! Nothing! Nada! Zilch! Zero!

Cons

Everything! Management mostly. They just don’t give a damn. Unless your a favourite! It’s literally the worst place to work. Your mental health gets drained, it then effects your personal life. Relationships get torn apart. People attempting suicide ... and PFD just doesn’t give a damn, Small mistakes are treated as sins instead of coached especially those learning or in training. Your treated like dirt, your not allowed holidays or when the business isn’t making money, just send everyone away at once or continue to threaten to fire people. Expectations they require are as follows: must be willing to bend over backwards at their beck and call (including if your on light duties and\or worker’s compensation - that’s just a piece of paper), paid for 38hrs but work like 60+, be flexible, meaning, magically grow 6 more arms, insert some form of mechanical device that allows you to move faster and have teleportation abilities to assist is being in 6 places at once. Social or home life not required as you will not be paid enough to enjoy the expenses of this day and age. Be strong minded and willing to take the blame for mistakes that have nothing to do with you. Don’t expect to be paid any benefits your entitled too such as freezer allowance, leading hand allowance, eg. even if you question it, it’s never fixed up. If you think this is a joke, go look for yourself.
