Pros
Amazing amount of PTO- I have trouble using it every year and typically always have to roll over days. Benefits are average. I’m young so on the high deductible plan. 401k, Dental, Vision, Medical, HSA, FSA, Short and long term Disability leave, and currently COVID special pay (don’t think it will be an option forever). Decent amount of training, but they could do more.
Cons
Management can be very suffocating and managers are micro managers. Will get mad if you don’t respond to emails after hours. Will get mad if video is not on for all Zoom Meetings. Will be difficult to take your PTO. They will wait until another coworker requests your days and then say you are now unable to take them.
