Pros

Getting paid. No deductions in hours worked given you might eat your food on the go.

Cons

A lack of management, a lack of training, a lack of compliance, a lack of governance, a lack of leadership, a lack of security. Management in this organisation are either not interested or invisible. the organisation has a tendency to book staff in order to have people in reserve then cancel in favour of their own staff or staff from their preferred agency.

Pros

Salary isn't bad. People that work there are very helpful and kind. I made a lot of friends there.

Cons

Management really doesn't care about employees. They often lie a lot so they can get their way around things. Communication is terrible. They often won't reply to important and urgent emails.
