North America team Micro management style They are very on top of you about everything - expected to get in 3/3 hours before you’re scheduled to ( as a hungry sales consultant I get coming into work an hour early and is personally quite standard… but this is a choice and should you should not be looked down on for not doing so) Can’t stress enough - the micro management is a killer and counter productive
