- The people we support are amazing!!! - The CEO & Mission - Brian Dunne should be proud of what he has accomplished. - The pay was pretty on par with other healthcare agencies

Cons

Management was not accessible, lack of job security, constant feelings of burnout, and fear of punishment if you reported things that happened in the houses. Poor work-life balance
