      Friendly staff Self directed not micro-managed. Beautiful gallery environment to work in

      Pay is low compared to some position within the industry. No commission which is standard in the Art world! not much no diversity in the office.

      4 Years ago there were some really talented people that worked there. but the PE Firm's greed pushed them out. paying new people with less knowledge more. Great stepping stone to learn what not to do in a real job. Work there for a year or two and then do the exact opposite at you next job

      Management - VP's and Directors make reasons why there are no room for raises as they collect 10%+ Bonuses Pay - They will low ball you and make you feel bad for asking for your worth Bonuses - You help move Millions of $ a month of product and people only get 2 x $25 Giftcards

      Pros

      None, whatsoever. Most of the staff who were great to work with have left. This company is good for you if you're greedy and cut-throat. Or greedy and useless.

      Cons

      Systems aren't in place, OR they're launched without being tested. Upper management only cares about their own six figures. Lots of talk about how great things are going, lies. Lies.
