      Pros

      - Very good compensation compared to other companies of the sector. - Good learning curve if its a start of your career.

      Cons

      - Management thinks you are daily wage laborer so they want to extract every bit from you thinking as if you are not going to come to company from tomorrow. - They don't even think about the basic necessities required by a human like water, food, toilets etc. All they want is to make money at the min. cost possible. - All they care about is how much production is out this month and none for the employee. - HR dept. is the worst dept. in the company.

      Pros

      Corporate office is in Gurgaon. Very modern and maintained office. Company has good plans for expansion.

      Cons

      PI may not be the best place to work for Manager and above level specially in services (i.e. Admin, HR, IT, Accounts) because from this level MD of this company manages resources at micro level which is resulted in to very political environment. Old employees (Most of them) are incompetent but only informers of MD. For an individual who is looking for professional and learning environment should avoid this company. Hiring and firing is very very often in this company.
