Unprofessional management as well as director Inflexible hours you have to work 10-7 or 12:30-9:30 unless you’re in NY Management won’t consider complaints Director is crazy and yells at everyone and finds during his visits something wrong Company will make you work like a slave and beinflexible on scheduling This company had so many hr issues and illegal things that they’re allowing to happen but no one does anything, they think it’s acceptable for the director to yell at you and overwork you. You will never be able to complain or tell anything to hr because they’re based out of Italy and probably won’t do anything. You have to close 5 out of 7 days out of the week because management thinks they’re too good to close. Management also makes you handle all responsibilities as well as shipment of the company by yourself and will make it a point to mock and tell you they won’t be there.

Hour ship is unreasonable, barely got time for have a rest.
