these are the reason not to join the company 1. they will hold your certificates and harrass you and blackmail you. 2. top management professionalism is doubtful. 3. mental harassment is common. 4. you can expect highly unprofessional behaviour from these people. 5.there is no projects in dubai. they will hire you and send you to africa. they will hold your certificates and blackmail you. 6. somehow if you join dont surrender your certificates. 7. in i2sbs , the parent company physical abuse is reported. so same management. you can expect here too.
