Substandard pay rates, employees forced into long hours to complete goals due to managements lack of foresight. A sense of "family" is instilled but only when its to the advantage of the company, individuals tend to be forgotten about and not given recognition. Lack of safety protocols and precautions, dangerous conditions to work in are fairly common.
