Overall the experience is good in terms of your resume and portfolio and you are given full benefits.
Cons
No respect for employees (was referred to as an idiot along with other colleagues), compensation is a joke and not livable, no training or explanation of duties. Never knew what mood CEO would be in when she got in in the morning, and saw more than my fair share of verbal attacks.
