- Great place to start a career. - Experienced colleagues I can learn from. - Good collaboration with colleagues in Germany. - Got the opportunity to attend few conferences abroad. Planning for more. - Plenty of excellent books in the library. - Well organized individual development plan based on my and company needs. - No overtimes.

Excellent environment. Self development is highly encouraged. No pressure or unrealistic deadlines. Fixed hours with no need for overtime. Fantastic people. Variety of trainings.
Cons
Work can get a bit tedious. Horizontal company structure might make promotion a bit difficult.
