Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us, as we value all employee and past employee’s feedback. We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with some of your experience here at PLJ Income. I would like to clarify some errors within your review, so that others may have an accurate depiction of the work we do here and our company culture. First, we DO NOT disrespect our employees. But more importantly, we have never treated any of fellow employees like children. We are happy to provide our employees with a fun work environment dedicated to strong work ethics accompanied by an even stronger moral compass. To protect and nurture this environment, disrespectful and belittling comments are never tolerated. As you may remember, we go above and beyond to ensure that each one of our employees are nurtured to their fullest potential, personally and professionally. We genuinely care about all our employees, and take great pride in the work we do here and would never disrespect our employees in any way. We are sorry that the job did not work out for you. Sadly, it happens sometimes. We wish you the best moving forward, and want to thank you for your contributions to our company and for all your hard work.

Pros

Good pay, free complimentary coffee, they are nice to you if you actually perform. Very high pressured feel perfect for someone who likes that.

Cons

If you somehow do manage to please them good for you. If you don't, everyday you'll walk in wondering if it's your last day. I don't like to talk down to no one. But I am doing this as a warning to you... unless you're an expert salesperson.... don't bother. You'll end up looking for another job. HIGH turnover rate. I mean HIGH. I wish them the best, but they seriously need some H.R. To rescue them. Oh yea plus your on camera and they watch EVERY move. And they record your phone conversations.

Pros

There are a lot of cute dogs out and about with their owners in Brentwood. CVS is waking distance, and who doesn't ever need something from CVS?! Am I right?! Am I!?

Cons

A lot. Too many. It's unfortunate it has to be that way. The people you hire actually want to work and learn and grow. It's unfortunate that it's such a hostile work environment and completely uninspiring. I don't think I've ever heard anyone crack a joke or seen them smile, or hell, even talk about their weekend. The energy is sucked outta you as soon as you walk in. It's sad that they were not taught to treat others with respect and consideration. They try to justify they're lack of empathy by saying that ppl in L.A. are accustomed to talking too nicely to one another and don't get to the point. Being assertive and respectful CAN coexist. Shocking I know. I'm only writing this review because they deleted my old one and I will not be silenced! You guys should take the ton of bad reviews and do some self-evaluation and make some changes, but I have a feeling u guys think ur above that. Very intelligent thinking. Anyway, if this can help any future interviewee save their time and not even bother with them then I have at least saved one soul.
