PM+M Reviews

Thank you. This is disappointing to read as we feel it does not reflect what actually goes on. Our audit quality is high as evidenced by third party reviews and we always take on board areas for improvement. Our business is about change and making improvements every day, learning from the past and making changes. We do this as a team. When people are unexpectedly off work, we still work as a team and ensure we support each other the best we can to still deliver a great service to our clients. All businesses encounter unexpected leave from team members. Given we are always looking to improve and to demonstrate we take all feedback seriously, we have gone out to the wider team, all of whom still work with PM M, and requested direct feedback on this review. The team rejected the comments made regarding client experience, planning meetings, junior team members' morale and working environment, and audit quality. Our audit managers (and above) come from a diverse background, including big 4 and top 10 firms, as well as having trained with PM M as apprentices who have focused on their development at PM M.
