- Great colleague - Many learning opportunities, especially if you're proactive and willing to ask questions - Offer wide range of training opportunities for engineers
Cons
- If you didn’t understand certain languages spoken among colleagues, it was easy to feel left out - Salary remained below industry standards, which made it difficult to feel fully valued
