      Paying $30 an hour 40 hours a week

      Cons

      No structure, terrible management, racist… One of the most dirty unsanitary environments I’ve ever worked in.. These ppl here have no home training, no common sense, and lack of proper etiquette… Lack of proper equipment, everything’s broken, also the language barrier is ridiculous… If ur not Russian or Mexican then ur really nobody to them..Horrible experience

      Independence to do what you need to do.

      Cons

      No one helps you with your work. Colleague refused to share information and commission. Commissions do not materialize. It is ugly environment.
