My direct manager is an exceptional leader whose calm temperament, perseverance, and respectful treatment inspire me every day. He constantly challenges me to learn, which has significantly boosted my confidence and communication skills. Furthermore, there is a strong culture of trust; my teammates see me as a technical reference, and our clients fully trust and recognize my expertise.

Cons

The pool equipment sector evolves rapidly, and our clients expect the highest standards. It can be challenging to keep everyone aligned, so having more structured training spaces for the team would be a great way to maintain our edge.
