      Pros

      After 17 years in the pool industry, this is the company where I have felt most valued. The growth I’ve experienced in just one year is unmatched. My direct manager is an exceptional leader whose calm temperament, perseverance, and respectful treatment inspire me every day. He constantly challenges me to learn, which has significantly boosted my confidence and communication skills. Furthermore, there is a strong culture of trust; my teammates see me as a technical reference, and our clients fully trust and recognize my expertise.

      Cons

      The pool equipment sector evolves rapidly, and our clients expect the highest standards. It can be challenging to keep everyone aligned, so having more structured training spaces for the team would be a great way to maintain our edge.

      My experience has been wonderful, as I have managed to learn a tremendous amount about the world of sales and the POOLCORP culture; there is always someone willing to help and guide you through a process or assist you in achieving your goals. I cannot single out just one person, as so many have stood by my side and guided me throughout this journey, but I do extend my gratitude to the entire team. I hope to continue being a part of this great company and, of course, to climb many more rungs up the ladder. THANK YOU POOLCORP!!!
