Pros
It felt like working within a family. Constantly learning about incredible plant species, meeting wonderful customers, who became good friends! Always something to be doing, keeping moving and being active. I got so fit working at POP Wilder, never a dull moment. New ideas are constantly flowing, which you as a team member have a big part to contribute to.
Cons
There just weren’t enough hours for me to have worked as much as I would have liked. Always so busy, you had to force yourself to have a break - but that can be a pro or a con!
