Was a Great Place To Work till 2018. Employees were recognised for their performance. Able to give better results things were quite organised.
Cons
Politics at it's highest level. Diploma holders incapable people are Heading Businesses who are saving themselves by promoting politics. Worst place for competent people to work as incompetent people will never make your efforts to come on surface. No accountability of management (COO) regarding the poor performance of company you will find just meetings in which only gyan is given which is entirely different of today's business environment. Senior Staff is busy in meeting and making PPT no time to take care of business. The only capability you required to become performer is fawning not your performance.
