Good team culture (within the team I was part of), opportunities for self-development, responsibility for projects and delivery, a considerate and human approach from department management, good work rewarded financially, and good benefits.
Cons
Higher management isn't very supportive of working from home, and some employees are reluctant to take on new tasks, shifting responsibility onto others instead. Some technologies are outdated.
The collective is nice, but the main focus is WORKING HARD.
Cons
There is almost no home office possible. The CEO checks all of the employees time in the work, because someone was once logged as in a work but was not. The distrust between departments is enormous. No Multisport card. High turnover of people.
