Pros
The only pro about working there is it taught me to stay away from privately owned firms. Management owns the firm, there is no accountability to their employees.
Cons
Toxic work environment Unhappy and unconnected staff No insurance benefits offered Harassment by both management and fellow employees No work/life balance unless you are related to one of the partners Unprofessional behavior Office bullying - that management is aware of but does not address Nepotism Zero empathy or human compassion for employees Management is out of touch with working class people Privately owned so no HR Dept = no accountability
