      Insurance, sick time, and vacation

      Cons

      Horrible management, no training, CFO did not know how to do her job and would have hissy fits when she didn’t get her way. Management especially operations controller and project manger lied all the time.

      No pros whatsoever and wouldn’t recommend seeking employment there.

      Completely unprofessional executive management team with no organizational skills. Company politics rampant. Harassing unhealthy environment.

      Pros

      The company is Successful despite themselves. They pay fairly, but it's not enough to go work there....

      Cons

      Run.. unless you are okay with failure. This company will only allow you to fail. There is no training and management doesn't have a plan to fix their current business model. Management bullies employees and looks to point blame and not fix the underlining issues. New management hire adds no value to the organization and is not a leader.
