Medical insurance wasn't that great, Limited paid holidays, PTO, Vacation, and Sick time are all in one bucket. No bonuses, Salary was not competitive, Bait and switch practices in hiring and firing

Pros

Remote working environment & flexibility if you have children that need to be picked up / dropped off.

Cons

Workloads are excessive, with many regularly clocking 60-80 hour weeks. Despite conducting quarterly eNPS surveys, no meaningful feedback has been implemented. Subpar benefits. The healthcare plan has a high $4,000 deductible, and there are only 15 days of PTO. Management does not foster personal or professional growth and shows little interest in getting to know employees beyond issuing demands. In over a year, my leader has never inquired about my personal life. There are no celebrations for birthdays, anniversaries, or promotions, making employees feel invisible. Annual raise? Forget about it. Clients often dictate terms, and sales frequently overpromise, leading to underwhelming results due to the team's limited bandwidth and inadequate processes. Lack of transparency. Information is closely guarded, creating an environment where employees are often unaware of colleagues leaving, as departures are neither acknowledged nor announced.

Most roles should be contract

Pros

Positive employees great remote culture

Cons

Does not provide performance feedback in any way, shape, or form. Even when asked for feedback "You're doing great!" and a smile is always the answer. Most roles at this company should be contract, as they are currently just looking to improve process and get their company "off the ground" and average tenure is about 9 months. I left a stable arrangement for a position at PROCare HR to work remotely. PROCare HR discusses importance of growth and how great their company is growing, but after being there 3 months we had 3 people of our 9-11 people team laid off due to RIF. Apply with caution, or if you want to start a job with the mindset of it being short-term, once PROCare HR uses your skills to improve their processes, they will let you go.
