Cons

The management of PS Energy is very unreasonable. The expectations and targets set by the managers are unrealistic and some are almost impossible, yet they're the ones who get mad and disappointed when employees don't reach their unattainable numbers. I do not suggest working for PS Energy.

Expecting an enormous amount of work done in a short amount of time is ridiculous! But that's what management wants! Our manager pressures us, threatens us so we don't have the choice but to work extra hours. Our manager's brutal!!

Managment. The Owner Lack of direction Toxic, agressive, retaliation as a form of communication are the conditions in which you will be working under. This is where careers come to die.
