From the outside, it looks like this company really knows how to run things smoothly. They're pretty happy about their employees who've been around the longest, some of whom have been there since day one. They're ready to pay a fair wage and every now and then, they even treat you to lunch.
Cons
Management Hindrance: I noticed that the higher-ups sometimes stand in the way of progress. They say one thing but do another, creating confusion and resentment. Trio Reinforcing Each Other: With three of them at the top, there's this repeated pattern of the same ideas. It's like they're in a bubble and not open to fresh perspectives. Resistance to Change: Management doesn't seem open to trying new things and often uses their power to push you into uncomfortable tasks. Friendly Colleagues: Most coworkers are great to collaborate with, but they seem stretched thin and are not fully appreciated. Many have great ideas that are not being considered or heeded. Outdated Leadership Ideals: It feels like some of the upper management still clings to old-fashioned ways of doing things, which leads to them casually disregarding the work/life balance of their employees at the expense of a project. Long-Timers Part of the Problem: Interestingly, the employees who've been around the longest sometimes contribute to the challenges. They don't talk much about the ones who left or were asked to leave. Beware the long-timers for their actions are two-faced and passive-aggressive.
