Very misleading during interview about hours. Very insensitive to difficult personality circumstances (family bereavement). Unsupportive seniors and some colleagues were unkind. The job itself is unpleasant and you’re pressured to work at their exact requirements, even if your ideas are more productive. Barely opportunity for growth. Got out there as quickly as I could.

Pay doesn't match work load, specialised job role, our training or how we are treated. Recently our wages were upped but only because they put new starters on a higher wage than our current pay. So after working here for a couple of years I'm on the same pay as someone who's only just joined. If you're looking to advance passed fitter, look elsewhere. I would avoid working here unless it's your only option or you're desperate.
