      Pros

      very warm, friendly and welcoming colleagues open atmosphere, everybody is treated with same respect (no distinction between interns and more senior people) flat organisation Initiative- stimulation, you can learn here a lot, very professional environment

      Cons

      - company exists only for 9 yrs and has growing pains : on boarding, talent management, transparency on career path and general HR information can still be improved - high work pressure, tough work-life balance

      Pros

      The company has been setting up systems and processes in place and transforming to become a solid player, personnel wise, in the mobility space. Very good compensation and fringe benefits.

      Cons

      None I can think of now; just the usual consulting industry problem of poor work life balance which Ptolemus tries to balance well by having a research and strategy arm which gives employees the flexibility to balance out time between both.

      Such a great learning experience in the connected mobility industry

      Pros

      PTOLEMUS has a nice international/multicultural working environment and it represent a great opportunity to become an expert of connected mobility. I worked on several consulting projects with various type of clients and interesting business challenges to be solved, all linked to automotive and mobility.

      Cons

      As all consulting companies, it is a challenging job but the learning curve is steep.
