      Pros

      It is a good opportunity to take holistic view of exploration industry, not limit yourself to specific job. It also gives decent pay and benefit considering being Thai company.

      Cons

      Field work is still non-systematic. Manpower is not enough when multiple activities are required. More person in charge should be provided for field job. Engineers should learn more about planning.
