Pros

I've been a part of PUGA Studios for some time now, and the people here make it an exceptional workplace. The culture at PUGA is something that sets it apart – it's inclusive, collaborative, and supportive. The team members are not just coworkers; they're like family, always ready to lend a hand and share knowledge. There's a genuine sense of camaraderie that fosters a fantastic working environment. Additionally, the company's leadership prioritizes employee well-being and growth, offering opportunities for professional development and open communication channels.

Cons

Salaries could be aligned with the global level.

Pros

Good friends, flexible time, full time contract

Cons

It pretends to be an art company but is more like an agency. It promises large games and great experiences, but delivers shallow, small, irrelevant and very messy projects. There is a lot of demand for personal development but no incentive or even a favorable environment for this. They act cynically, using a human culture that they do not practice to sell qualities and practices that they do not have.
